What Students are Saying About EMT/EMS Training at DCCCD

Thousands of students walk through the doors of our seven colleges each year, and between them all, there are thousands more reasons why. Because of that, sometimes we like to take a little time to cast some light on a specific program, why those students chose it and how it’s helped them on their own personal road to success.

Resources for Veterans: Scholarship Opportunities, Career Fair June 10 & 17

The Texas Workforce Commission, along with the Dallas County Community College District, has announced a new initiative to help veterans get the training they need to find manufacturing jobs in Dallas. As part of the program, veterans are also invited to participate in the Military 2 Manufacturing Career and Resource Fair, hosted in partnership with the Urban League of Greater Dallas.
