If so, join the Food and Hospitality Institute at El Centro College in Downtown Dallas. El Centro is the only college of DCCCD that offers the Food and Hospitality program. This exciting program is designed to give students hands-on experience to prepare them for one of three exciting food service careers.
Hello to Jade! Jade is a graduate of our culinary arts program, and the ad she filmed with us reflects that. She now runs a catering company called Made by Jade, where she makes food and pastries for events, showers and more. You can see her showing off her skills in the finished ad at the end of this post.
