What Is the Student Care Network?
The Student Care Network is the central and first point of contact for any Dallas College student who may have personal, emotional or medical concerns.
Student care coordinators assess each student’s needs and explore resources within the Student Care Network and the North Texas community to facilitate connections for support.
Student Care Coordinators develop close, helping relationships with students while coaching them toward appropriate resources, self-care and self-advocacy. Student Care Coordinators are not counselors or therapists (although they may refer a student to Counseling Services).
