Check Out the League for Innovation Virtual Exhibition

Last updated on January 26, 2021

The 35th League for Innovation Student Art Competition and Exhibition is going virtual!

Each year the League for Innovation in the Community College holds a national student art competition as part of fulfilling their mission “to cultivate innovation in the community college environment.” The League provides exceptional opportunities for students through the pursuit of projects and ideas that promote innovation and creativity.

The Competition

The national competition begins here, at the local level. Up to ten works are chosen by faculty and gallery managers from each Dallas College campus. From the nearly seventy works, a juror selects the five most successful art works in the exhibition. This year our Juror is Dr. Lupita Murillo Tinnen, dean of Academic Affairs/Workforce, Fine Arts, Child Development, and Education at Collin College in Plano, Texas.
