At the Dallas County Community College District, you can become an automotive service technician in two years or less with our Automotive Technology degree, certificate and specialty program options.
The availability of welding jobs in Texas is on the rise, with starting salaries between $40,000 and $70,000. An associate degree in Welding from DCCCD will only cost you about $3,600, making it a great value for the cost.

The Texas Workforce Commission, along with the Dallas County Community College District, has announced a new initiative to help veterans get the training they need to find manufacturing jobs in Dallas.
