How’s Your Juggling?
Whether juggling your emotions, a busy schedule or family demands, we’re all juggling something. But with practice, juggling gets easier.
And with community, we don’t have to do it alone.
In a world where emotional juggling is a daily act and the pressure to “fit in” can feel overwhelming, Self-Care Circus is designed to help you navigate the complexities of emotional well-being while fostering a sense of belonging in today’s fast-paced world (no physical juggling skills required).
Experience the Magic
Our expert speakers, mental health professionals and self-care advocates will guide you through a variety of sessions, each focusing on different aspects of mental well-being, from emotional regulation to building communities of support.
