This year, Dallas College is proud to announce a partnership with the RockTeen Youth Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering youth through mentorship and the art of step. Their impactful programs, including the renowned Stomp Wars competition, have played a vital role in guiding over 12,000 young people towards high school graduation.
Stomp Wars, an annual event hosted at the College Park Center on the UT-Arlington campus, is a highlight of the year. It features 20 step teams from across the country, showcasing their talents while fostering confidence, creativity and a sense of community. The competition offers prizes, scholarships and community grants, making it a truly empowering event for the participating youth.
