Cash In On College!

Almost every student can benefit from some type of aid, even if they aren’t eligible for Pell grants.

File or renew your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) beginning Saturday, Oct. 1 for the 2023-2024 academic year.

Don’t Leave Money on the Table

You must file a new/renewal FAFSA each year to be considered for federal financial aid. You want to fill it out as soon as possible because states and colleges use the FAFSA to determine aid awards and scholarships. Renew or file early, so you get your money before somebody else gets it.

The Texas Application for Student Financial Aid (TASFA) also opens Saturday, Oct. 1. The TASFA is a pdf and can be submitted in person or by asking for an upload link by emailing Financial Aid at FinancialAid@dallascollege.edu. You can find the TASFA application on the College for All Texans website.

  • You have average grades
