Don’t miss out as Dallas College celebrates Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics this month with its annual STEM Fest, featuring hands-on activities, interactive demonstrations and innovative speakers.
At Eastfield Campus, from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Friday, April 29, visitors can experience drone demonstrations, electron microscopy by the Dallas Zoo, video game design, a planetarium by Frontiers of Flight Museum and more! Door prizes, such as a Fitbit Versa and Amazon gift cards, will be given to a few lucky winners throughout the day, so don’t forget to swing by. Feel free to come and go or register by Friday, April 22, to get breakfast or lunch in the Hive!
Featured activities include a NASA presentation at 9 a.m. to kick off the event and a “Superhero Science” presentation by the Perot Museum of Nature and Science at 11 a.m.
