Binge drinking is the consumption of an excessive amount of alcohol in a short period of time. Typically, around five drinks for men or four for women over a two-hour period would be considered binge drinking.

Alcohol abuse can destroy relationships, careers and your future. Virtually every organ system in the body is affected by alcohol abuse causing anxiety, depression, memory loss, anemia, nerve damage, liver disease and more. Alcohol overdose can cause vomiting, seizures and death.
