The primary runoff election is Tuesday, July 14, but you can start voting a couple of weeks early, starting Monday, June 29.
Before you head out to the polls, make sure you’re registered to vote. You can check your status online both for Dallas County and for anywhere in the state of Texas. Here’s a voter registration card and a sample ballot.
When you’ve confirmed your voter status, take your time researching the candidates on your ballot. If you’re not sure when or where to vote, Dallas County has gathered early voting times, dates and locations for you. Early voting runs from Monday, June 29, to Friday, July 10, but polling locations are closed July 3-4 for the Fourth of July holiday.
