The Fall semester is nearing its end, and Spring will be here before you know it. Of course you’re probably already thinking about the holidays, but you should also be asking yourself questions like, “When can I register for Spring classes?” Don’t worry – we’ve got you covered.
- Priority registration for returning students starts Tuesday, Nov. 24.
- Regular registration for all students starts Monday, Nov. 30.
- The last day to register for students who do not have an academic standing of “good” is Sunday, Jan. 11.
- The last day to register for regular semester classes is Wednesday, Jan. 13. (You can only register for Flex Term classes after this date.)
- The last day to withdraw for a “W” is Thursday, April 14.
DCCCD 2015-16 Financial Aid Dates
The first day of the Spring 2016 semester at DCCCD is Wednesday, Jan. 20. For financial aid and other purposes, you might also want to be aware of these dates:
- For students expecting financial aid, up to $1,000 should be disbursed to your Higher One/DCCCD MoneyCard account for books and supplies between Dec. 14-Feb. 2, with the remainder of eligible funds to post beginning Friday, Feb. 12.
- The last day to arrange for a payment plan is Friday, Jan. 22.
- The financial aid lock date, or 12th class day, is Tuesday, Feb. 2.
- The 60 percent date for Spring 2016 is Thursday, March 31.

Congratulations! For specific graduation application deadlines, be sure to touch base with the Admissions/Registrar’s Office at your college.
Important News for Summer/Fall 2016
For the first time, DCCCD student registration for both the Summer and Fall 2016 semesters will be combined, allowing students to register for both semesters simultaneously beginning in April. Priority registration for returning students begins Tuesday, April 19 and regular registration starts Monday, April 25. More details will be available in coming months, so stay tuned!
